inform messages reach the manager even after the pass_persist client is dead

My name is Etti Malka and I work in Actona technologies ltd.
We use the net-snmp agent in order to provide an SNMP support to our product
by adding the following pass_persist command to the snmpd.conf file:
pass_persist .1.3.6.1.4.1.17471.1 /root/VFN/bin/snmpClient.sh
This shell script activates a java client, which is handles all the snmp
requests on our mib.

We also use the traps/informs mechanism and add some monitor commands on
some of our mib elements. The informsink value is configured correctly and
we successfully receive all the inform messages to our snmp manager. The
problem arises when we kill the client program (issue killall -9 java). When
that happens we get all the inform messages configured by the monitor
command in the snmpd.conf file even though the elements threshold was not
crossed.
The same thing happens when I use the snmptrapd program that you supply. 
I would appreciate any response from you and any help on this issue.
