As Stephan said, step 1 is making sure the mibs are being loaded. You can test
this with:

snmptranslate -IR -Td apacheMIBObjects

If this isn't working, see the FAQ about adding MIBs.

Once it is working, try a table or object name, like so:

mib2c apacheApplicationTable
