Hmmm... This error is generated only when libwrap/tcp wrappers support is
enabled. You could check your /etc/hosts.deny and /etc/hosts.allow, and read up
on host control (man host_access) to try and allow the connection. Or you could
disable libwrap from the configure line in the spec file.

If you fix it via host access, let us know what you did, as I'm sure this will
come up again.
