Hmmm... This error is generated only when libwrap/tcp wrappers support is enabled. You could check your /etc/hosts.deny and /etc/hosts.allow, and read up on host control (man host_access) to try and allow the connection. Or you could disable libwrap from the configure line in the spec file.
