mib2c problem

Hi, I´m new in this, and I´m trying to add a mib to my net-snmp agent.
I´ve downloaded an Apache MIB, and when I try to do: mib2c APACHE-MIB-my I get
this error:
"You didn't give mib2c a valid OID to start with."

what is wrong?? do I forget to do something???
