Wrong error index: msg#00261

Subject:	Wrong error index

Hi,
I just want to know the case when the response for a snmp get request returns 
error status as NoSuchName but error index is 0.
Is it possible if we are using Net-SNMP layer to communicate with the SNMP 
agent.
