Hi,
I am not sure if I get it fully, but you just want a manager listening
for traps of various versions.
If so you could use 'snmptrapd' and configure it accordingly.

Is there a way in netsnmp 5.0.8 (Or later) to have an SNMP Manager
listen and process v2c and v3 messages?
I already call "snmp_read(&fdReadSet)" directly so I think the
solution may have something to do with setting up multiple sessions.
I have to listen on the well known port (162).
Thank you.
