I don't understand the question.  All mib2c blocks are run, but maybe
you mean if there are or aren't any objects that match the criteria
required within the foreach loop?  I'm guessing here...

I suspect that's your question?

The foreach loops will only operate on objects that appropriate for
it.  So a foreach on scalars will never pick up a column, and
vice-versa.

Are you wanting to do top level determination of a oid type?
