Are the UCD SNMP APIs Thread-Safe: msg#00376

Subject:	Are the UCD SNMP APIs Thread-Safe

Hello All!

I’m currently using a vendor-specific SNMP API that appears to not be thread-safe. I’m considering changing my code to use the UCD SNMP API, but before I do I would like to verify that it is thread-safe. I’m using POSIX threads (pthreads) on both HP-UX 11 as well as Solaris 8 with the gcc/g++ compiler v3.2.3.
