Try to use the following configure parameter:
#configure --with-mib-modules="ucd-snmp/dlmod"

Subject: DLMOD support in UCD-SNMP 4.2.4
Hi,
On trying to load a subagent using the DLMOD mechanism,
I got the following error:
"dlmod: Dynamic modules not support on this platform"
The platform is Redhat advanced server 2.1. This came
with default SNMP version UCD-SNMP 4.2.4
>From the FAQ, I found that I could check if the
distribution has DLMOD support by doing snmpd -H.
This also does not list the DLMOD symbol.
Is there any more additional configuration that I need to
do to make it work. Is there a UCD-SNMP version on Redhat
Advanced Server in which the DLMOD functionality is
enabled ? Any pointers in this direction would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Hemanth
