I downloaded net-snmp 5.0.8 and *now* successfully configure, make and make
install. "make install" actually install everything under the right path
that I wanted.
However, when I try to run "snmpconf -g basic_setup", it keeps saying "no
such directory /usr/local/share/snmp/snmpconf-data, did you urn make install
?". I thought, if "make install" was successfully ran, snmpconf should look
into the right path to find snmpconf-data.
Did I miss out some configuration that caused this ? How do I tell snmpconf
script to look at the path I wanted ?
thanks.
