lwIP on MCF52233 enough RAM ?

I have ported lwIP to MCF52233, still some work to do but right now Code 
size is 39K/256K, that does not bother me that much but RAM usage is 
25K/32K which is not acceptable.

Is it possible to lower memory usage ~10K or bellow ?  Should I take a 
look at uIP wich should be way less memory hungry.
