Converting CNFS to tradspool

Hello,

I'm running INN 2.4.0 (20030316 prerelease) with CNFS buffers. This does
not fit my need and I would like to convert to tradspool. What's the
best way to do this without losing articles? Is there a way to convert
the articles that are currently stored in the CNFS buffers - apart from
re-feeding them from a different box?
