binaries dirs

      Greetings,

  As I can see, INN installs all binaries to ${EPREFIX}/bin, and number
of subdirs. Should all of these be installed there ? (not sbin, not
libexec). I.e. all of these are user-executables ?

  I guess, installation knows, there is system admin or program
executables should be placed (--sbindir --libexecdir defaults), but
not uses this knowledge.
