    The home directory of this user should be set
    to the directory under which you wish to install INN
    (/usr/local/news is the default and is a good choice).

   Where should I set news home, if
     >> prefix under /usr
     >> spool, log, run, temp, db under /var
     >> config under /etc

   Somewhere under /var would be perfect.

   What news home is used for by INN ?
