Revival of web mailing list

I have decided to revive the 
web-RdDMkVZAZeuJnvDnx1genB2eb7JE58TQ@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mailing list
which had lapsed into disuse.  Anyone interested in web development
work should subscribe here:

We still have much work to do on the site (eg. the current menu on
the left is all wrong - it favors obscure stuff like the FASD paper 
over the download page!).
