How to update bind 9.2.1 to 9.2.2

Dear,

Now, I am using bind 9.2.1, could you instruct me how to update to 9.2.2. I 
also want to ask: when I download bind 9.2.2rc1, always occur the recommend 
install Japanese, where can I download bind 9.2.2rc1 in English? If my network 
is working, I update bind then it can interrupt my network? Please instruct me,
