Well if you want to write to the RFC editor to get it added
to his check list go ahead. Anyone who has read the base
spec. should know that TTL and class can be in either
position and are optional in master files. As it is all
three element are easily identified regardless of the order.
The only reason for having type last is to prevent confusion
about where the rdata starts. It's also the only required
element as the other values are inherited. TYPE and CLASS
share the same namespace and neither can be a number.
