High memory and CPU usage troubles

Hi.

I'm still concerned about how BIND9 uses machine's resources.
I've been talking already about high CPU usage:
    BIND8 - 3-6% of CPU time
    BIND9 - 15-20% of CPU time

And now after i started BIND9 on almost the same machine and
the same configuration, i see my memory is no longer enough.

BIND8:
Mem: 53M Active, 34M Inact, 34M Wired, 32K Cache, 17M Buf, 129M Free
Swap: 256M Total, 256M Free

BIND9:
Mem: 130M Active, 15M Inact, 34M Wired, 6680K Cache, 29M Buf, 576K Free
Swap: 256M Total, 54M Used, 202M Free, 21% Inuse, 440K In, 204K Out

Is this some kinda memory leak? Or what?
The difference is really high: 53Mb against 130Mb.
Uptime in both cases was about 3 days.
