No, you need to supply the IP addresses as well. If XYZ is your new domain
then it will have no way of knowing without your supplying the addresses.
These are called the glue records. If you are having the your domain hosted
on someone else's already existing nameservers then they should be able
to look up the address, but I believe that the addresses are required anyway
and need to match what they have listed.

Basically you can't. If you are the one registered then only yours will be
found
by the vast majority of people. Only those people who happen to query those
rogue nameservers will get the wrong information. Registrars aren't allowed
to register a domain name if it's already registered and valid.
