Sorry, no. The real cause of the problem has never been identified. I
have suspicions, but no real evidence. 9.3.0 won't have this problem
because the code was totally rewritten. There are no 9.3.0 Win32 binaries
except for what I have running on my own systems and they are not
in any final releaseable state.
