It is true. The two listed servers for cyberbizsoft.net have differing
ideas of what the zone looks like, and dns1 authoritatively denies its
own existence.

You can't rely on parental glue. If a name server authoritatively denies
its own existence, BIND 9's credibility mechanism believes it.
