The problem is not a release on shutdown of the machine. The problem is,
that the machine is still running and the DNS entry is deleted.
Specially within the Sync time between primary and secondary DHCP.  The
Client must sent a renew and doese not. So the Server thinks the Client
is turned off and deletes the DNS entry :((

Double check the archives and the M$ site. This problem has been
discussed
several times. Look for references to release on shutdown.
