Looping dhclient-script

Interesting buglet/feature. If /etc/resolv.conf is not writable
(regardless what you put in dhclient.conf) then dhclient will endlessly
keep spawn off dhclient-script.. which endlessly keeps configuring your
routing and logging to the log file.

To reproduce; simply do a diskless boot or a boot from flashcard and keep
/etc/ mounted RO.
