ethernet class and subclass

Hello every body
   I am going to implement dhcp on my network and I want to
authentificate my network client trough their MAC address. Is it
possible to use an option yo implement it.?
   I have receive certain mail talking about class and subclass but I
dont know if this solution swit to my problem.
