DHCP Server load testing tool

Hello,

Over the past couple of months, we've been testing our failover setup
and in particular, how it handles failures, loads, etc.  As a result of
that work, we ended up with a Java based testing tool that we felt
might be of use to other folks facing questions (how big of a load can
I handle, how will my setup handle failures, etc.).   We've used a
single PII 300 'stock' ReaHat 8.0 box to simulate ~60k clients (256
pools with 256 addresses on each), so the HW needs are pretty modest.

and untarring the tarball will reveal a README that should get most
