DHCP client generator

I have a simple tool to stress test the DHCPd. It work as a relay agent.
All you have to do is put the IP addresses of DHCP client and the server
into address.txt and run file dhcp.exe

There are 3 parameters:
NB Discover:      Nunber of Clients.
Interpack:  The latency between 2 packet. (> 5000)
NB loop:    Number of loop times
