I found the error. Only if the DHCP server is attached to our Switches, 
the router option will lost. 
When i try a HUB i will see no more errors. I have called our technical 
supporter.

Possibly a rogue dhcp server out there.

On one of the affected machines, what does it say the address of the dhcpd
server is?  Is it correct?
