RHEL/Centos RPMs?

Does anyone out there regularly build RHEL/Centos 4 RPMs of
libtorrent/rtorrent development releases?  I've got an old slow 
machine and the compiles are killing me.

in case anyone else is looking, DAG appears to do the stables but
not the dev releases.
