I have looked into the recent snapshot (060430). But the 
peer_connection::on_connection_complete() looks the same as the old 
snapshot. There is still no call to peer_connection::setup_send() after 
m_connecting = false. Shouldn't setup_send() be called immediately after 
the connection is completed?
