I've having trouble accessing cvs.sourceforge.net for the last couple of 
days. Maybe I am being blocked somewhere (I'm in China so this is not news).

Could you tar the latest development branch and put it at 
http://www.rasterbar.com/products/libtorrent/ just like you did before?
