Hi. If you take a look in the Jamfile, you'll see that these two  
symbols are defined when building on msvc:

_WIN32_WINNT=0x0500
WIN32

As soon as all the known bugs/asserts are fixed. Which should be  
pretty soon, because there aren't that many.
