What you have with the bin/cue is a CD image most likely generated with 
CDRWIN. You can write it out to CD using CDRWIn, Fireburner, or Nero. I do 
not know what else would work to write it out. But if you have one of those 
three programs, you can use the cue and bin files to write the image back 
to CD.
