Re: BTS JUST STOPPING

I have been having a similar problem. I have DSL and usually my 
torrents ul/dl at 20 to 30kb/s these days everything either runs at 
100kb/s with no ul at all then drops to 0kb/s with an ul of 20kb/s, 
or my dl And ul stays at 1-9kb/s, going to 0kb/s periodically for a 
few hours even though there are plenty of seeds. This is just in the 
last week or so. I have been getting tracker errors as well that seem 
to fix themselves if i restart the torrent a few times, only to 
download at the poor rates i just mentioned. It is getting 
frustrating when i try to dl 600mb movies at 1-9 kb/s.
I'm running windows XP and have had no problems with bittorrent till 
this past week.
any ideas?
