"DL completed" but can't play

I've DLed on BT before no problem, but this time, it says "Download 
succeeded", and all that remains on my drive are the .bin and .cue 
files, and no video files. 

I may have accidentally associated the .cue files with wordpad last 
night, would this cause the problem? What prog should it be 
associated with? 

please note that as far as I know, the file is in fact downloaded, it 
took many hours, and BT is now uploading it.
