It is worth pointing out that there have been several
well advertised hacker attacks on OS/2 systems, and
none of them, in spite of the publicity involved, were
successful. I have therefore no fear of a Seti window
being open for hackers to get into this system.
Now the Windows XP system is another story. Both sit
behind a NATA, and hte XP system has several important
safeguards (SpyBot, EE, AVG, Adaware....) All email
is on the OS2/ client and almost all web brosing is
also on OS./2 only.
XP got a SEVERE viral infection, one that required a
format and re-install of the OS. The OS/2 system has
been up for years, since OS/2 1.1 and has never had a
hack or a viral attack.
