However, If I take the focus away from the Monitored Boinc Client, the Seti process STOPS on OS/2.  

Monitored BOINC Client MUST remain as the FOREGROUND PROCESS.

the tests seems to be ok, so it is time to get a wider audience :-)

You can download the updated clients from

http://web.os2power.com/yuri/download/seti2/

You need to grab these files from Netlabs:

ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/gcc/libc-0.6.1-csd1.zip
ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/warpin/warpin-1-0-10.exe

Please note the install sequence, while you are allowed to install
over your boinc files, you must uninstall the seti client.

Packages are lacking .sym files and documentation could be improved.
If someone wants to contribute, probably documentation and the install
procedure needs some more words.

Until now it is ok, I only found a problem with JSBU monitor and
remote hosts: while JSBU can monitor localhost, it doesn't work for
remote hosts (I think it doesn't retrieve infos).
