The Winter 2003 paper catalogue has it on page 32.

It describes thus:

A.P.C. tracks vol. 3 'Radio on'
Atmospheric music. A record for relaxing and forgetting about
everything, the effect of a log fire, a scented candle or a radio. A 40
minutes instrumental interpretation of 'stand by me' and 'get it on'. An
experience conceived by Jean-Baptiste Mondino and Jean Touitou. Ref

If that description turns you on then go buy, for me it sound like
bollocks.

i was on A.P.C's site (www.apc.fr) and there's nothing about this 
release. where did you see that?
