Just found this release today, thank you for letting me know!  :-)  

Personnel:
Genji Sawai:  Sax
Bill Laswell:  Bass
Hoppy Kamiyama:  "Digital President"
Hideo Yamaki:  Drums
Kiyoto Konda: Guitars (3 tracks)

The overall atmosphere is akin to Hallucination Engine, replacing the dub 
elements with a more live feel.  Drums are very aggressive funk, which 
matches Laswell's playing here very nicely; in this release, Laswell's bass 
sounds like one of his live recordings.  So far I haven't really gotten 
into the saxophone...  sounds a tad too controlled to me... reminiscent of 
Wayne Shorter in tone, but with attenuated lyricism.  But then again those 
impressions may change with repeated listenings -- sorry for any Sawai fans 
that may be out there...

The highlight is definitely the drum/bass combo.  Probably the strongest of 
quite a few dozen CD's I've purchased most recently.  Yeah!  

Oh, according to the cover, U.M.A. stands for "Ubiquitous Musicians 
Association".
