Off the top of my head: he co-authored
Virgil Thomson: His Life and Music
with Kathleen Turner. Published in 1958 or thereabouts.
Really only of interest if you are interested in Virgil Thomson. Or
about to collect all Cage books.
Looking at the list again, _Notations_ is missing too. It has sample
manuscripts from (mainly or exclusively) living and American composers.
I have no real idea of a publication date (late '60ies, Something Else
Press maybe?) nor of Cage's exact involvement (editor? coeditor?).
