RE: what's the best mini disc player/recorder these days?

I wanted to buy the Sony Hi-MD MZ-RH10 but eventually bought a iRiver mp3 
player/recorder instead (the HP140 records in uncompressed wav, using one of 
internal mic, external mic, line input, optical input).
