I need a needle too

I am a horrible DJ and also use my turntables for listening to records, 
in theory. What's an inexpensive but not too crappy solution, and where 
can I buy it online? I have to confess I have never changed needles 
before in my life. I have Gemini XL-400s if that makes a difference.
