Re: Annoying Click!: msg#00208music.equipment.slimdevices.ripping
Thanks for all the advice. Just thought I would let you know that I have finally resolved this problem. I am not sure if what I have done is technically correct but it has solved the problem and the sound quality of the files does not seem to be effected. In a nutshell I used QTFairUse version 6 to remove the DRM and create the m4a file. I then ran the files through DBPowerAmp converting them to AAC and to my relief the click has gone. The lesson I have learnt from this is to continue to buy CD's and convert them to FLAC!! Once again - many thanks. -- GaryC ------------------------------------------------------------------------ GaryC's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=8418 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=31515 |
