What is the latest Mp3tag version that is free?

Hi,

I am using Mp3tag version 2.37a which was free, but does give me access
to edit the full range of FLAC tags.

They do appear to be supported in Mp3tag 5.4
(http://www.download.com/mp3Tag/3000-2141_4-10619680.html?tag=lst-0-1).
(Not free!) ;)

Or am I missing something?

I am thinking of composer tags etc.
