Add Album Art to FLAC files

So I upgrade to FLAC 1.1.3 and am using mp3tag2.37c to add the album Art
to my files. It seems to be working right. But now I have 2 problems.
When I convert the flac to WMA or MP3 for playing in my cell phone, the
album art gets lost. I am using dBPowerAmp to convert the files. I have
the box checked that says "transfer iD3 tags". Also, I can see the
attached album art in MP3Tag, but cannot se it in SlimServer. Is there
anything I can do? Any advice is appreciated. I am using Slimserver
6.3.0.
