Re: Ripping to NAS in lossless WMA over network getting errors: msg#00330music.equipment.slimdevices.ripping
I found that my problem was not the network but the USB drives. I suspect that on the laptop the USB drive is not getting enough power through the USB Cable and on the desktop it is. I can Rip to the USB Drive on the Desktop. I can Rip to the Internal Drive of Laptop over the network. But if I rip over the network to the USB I get errors. I then noticed I had problems reading the drive on the laptop but I can read it fine on the desktop. What a mess. I used a Batched dppoweramp convert to verify the library. The has worked pretty good verifying the files but it does not tell me if I might be missing a track. -- mswlogo ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mswlogo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9090 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=30975 |
