You can choose to use those names, but none of them are the specified
way that ID3v2 is meant to be used for multiple artists. ID3v2.2 and
ID3v2.3 both specify that the artist can be separated by a '/'
character. ID3v2.4 improves on this and allows you to have multiple
values associated with a single frame without restricting the
characters that may be used, closer to what you're doing by providing
the multiple ARTIST fields in your Vorbis comments in the FLAC files.

See ID3v2.2 specification section 4.2.1 (frame 'TP1'), ID3v2.3
specification section 4.2.1 (frame 'TPE1'), ID3v2.4 specification
section 4.2 (all frames which start with a T with the exception of
TXXX).
