Artwork for flac?

I recently transcoded all my apple lossless to flac. I tried adding
artwork with the godfather, but no luck.

So I tried putting a .jpg file called cover.jpg in one of the
directories. 

It shows up when I select the album, but not in the album gallery, nor
as a picture when I select the artist. 

Is there something I'm missing here?
