EAC / freedb problems (newbie)

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up EAC (using the excellent slimdevices
wiki guides) and it seems none of my discs are recognised on freedb
i.e. no track/artist info appears. 

They are well known albums so it would seem unlikely, given the size of
the database, that the albums have not yet been listed so I'm thinking
I'm doing something wrong. Hopefully this is something simple I've
missed.

Any help would be appreciated!
