Yes, flac2mp3 will only do any work if it has to, or at least that's the design goal. You might find that it does a lot of tag conversion if you run 0.2.9 after using 0.2.7 because of a few bug fixes and new features. However, writing the tags is relatively quick compared to transcoding to mp3. R. |
