Re: Re: Old Roland equipment value: msg#00222music.equipment.midi-guitar
what I do is; I do a search on ebay for specific completed items, then I bookmark that search and recheck it every week or two till i notice a trend or get some sense of value I think this is a good method because it tracks actual sales and not someone's opinion also check harmony central for posted ads I don't personally follow the older gear but what i have noticed is guys who post for hi $'s just keep reposting and seem to never sell, there are a couple guys who have been reposting some of the old gtr synth gear on HC for a couple years w/o selling personally I'd just as soon sell something for $25 less and be done with it as my time is valuable and potential buyers can take alot of your time and energy deciding to buy but if you post at a good price you don't have to fool with it post them on harmony central for what you think is a fair but SLIGHTLY high price and add or best offer to your price(or nearest offer for our euro friends) see what offers you get the prices you just quoted don't seem all that wierd as a start point peace, steve on 2/22/03 17:16, russell holloway <superman859@xxxxxxxxx> at superman859@xxxxxxxxx wrote: alright, I figure I should sell it. But what for? I checked out the prepal.com site and most of it isn't listed on there. Only the gm-70 is. I have also checked out ebay and mainly see the gr-300. The gr-300 on ebay has gone for around 500-800$(800 was the max Ive seen, its come close a few times also) The gr-505 guitar and case I haven't seen on there buy itself, but only in a package with the gr-300. What would you expect for me to be able to get for this? The gr-100 I have seen about 300$ I think. The gm-70 is 50-100. The cable has been included sometimes but Ive also seen it on there seperately for 190$. Would these prices be fairly accurate for me to expect? And what do you think I could get for it all as a package? Maybe you all have seen people post ads or request them on here with a price and things of the sort? --- In midiguitar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "Joe Khejl <joekhejl@xxxx>" <joekhejl@xxxx> wrote: > --- In midiguitar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "russell holloway > <superman859@xxxx>" <superman859@xxxx> wrote: > > It's these kinds of things that > > makes me wonder if the gr-300 will go up, because it is analog and > > not digital.
